I must say, my favorite part of this picture is his clothing. They are wonderful in that they do have complexities, while still being simple enough to be real clothes. Take that belt buckle, for instance. It has a design that is simple and believable. I, for one, just keep adding designs to make thinks look more decorative untill there is just too much. One more thing: Why is this one called 'Play it again, Sam'?

Why's it called 'Play it again, Sam'? Well, because I hadn't drawn this character for a long time, and I felt it was time I went back to the old ways with a slight twist to the new ways. Nostalgic, that I am.

He's pretty, he's masculine, but..I dunno, I imagined him elderly looking and craggy, like those sucky Drizzt artwork covers for the dark elf books, and me and Rainwhisper and Bluewind like this so much better. wodnerful job!
